Returns
- You have 7- calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange

The following Goods cannot be returned/ exchanged:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment.
You will receive the credit within 15- working days from the date we received the product, depending on your card issuer's policies or a new product will be shipped if you go for exchange within 15 days from the date we receive the product.

Delivery Location:
Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Recipient’s Residential or Work Location or The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, on street etc.
If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable / available, the same will be returned to our facility in Mumbai.
